General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply call us on 0405 970 671 (business hours) or 0416 773 812 (after hours) or visit our booking page.

Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?

No we’ll only charge for what we do. Our pricing is based on a 3-4 bed, 2 bath, 1 storey home. For smaller homes we can reduce price or provide a more thorough clean for less.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

No, but if we can it will mean we can give a more accurate estimate of what we can get done.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Cleaning supplies aren’t included by default. This ensures your cleaner uses the products you like.

However, if you don’t have supplies, we can bring them for an additional charge of $5 per visit.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

No, most of our cleaning is done 8-5pm when homes are vacant. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window for unexpected delays. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

We charge after the job is done. You can pay by direct deposit or by cash if preferred.

ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OR CONTRACTS?

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

Cleaning Questions

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?

bathrooms incl toilets, kitchen, dust, vac and Mop.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?

Cleaning supplies aren’t included by default. This ensures your cleaner uses the products you like and there isn’t any cross-contamination from house to house.

However, if you don’t have supplies, we can bring them for an additional charge of $5 per visit.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the home page or looking at out “Services” page.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

We send one or two cleaners depending on the size of your home and the number of jobs we have on.

ARE YOUR CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. Being a small family run business means you are getting people you can trust. All our cleaners have a police check and we know them and trust them.

DO YOU DO STEAM CLEANING?

We don’t do steam cleaning but can arrange this for you if you like.
