Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Thanks for choosing Charis Home Cleaning / Charis Commercial Cleaning. Please see below our payment terms and cancellation policy for all services provided by Charis Home Cleaning, Charis Commercial Cleaning.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations aim to cover our costs as we are obligated to pay our staff for booked services. We trust you understand that booked services need to be paid for if cancelled late. We provide reminders to avoid cancellations as much as possible and to ensure you are are aware of your booked services.

Any cancellations at the door with no notice provided will be charged at the normal rate for up to 2hrs.

Any cancellations that are notified on the day of a clean or after hours the day before a clean will be billed up to 2hrs, but at our discretion may be charged at a lower rate or for less time depending on circumstances. We understand emergencies happen and will only seek to cover costs for such situations.

Any cancellations or reschedules where notice is provided atleast one day before the clean during business hours will not be charged. Please note notification needs to be provided before 5pm the day before the service. Again, if notification is made after this time we will use discretion concerning a late cancellation.

Payment Terms

Invoices and texts for payment shall be paid within 7 days of being received. A further 7 days period can be provided upon request.

In the case of any failure to pay, The debtor/s shall pay for all costs actually incurred by Charis Home Cleaning/Charis Commercial Cleaning in the recovery of any monies owed under your Agreement/booking. You agree to be liable for and indemnify Charis Home Cleaning/ Charis Commercial Cleaning. These costs include recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs and solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis, debt collection commission and legal fees on an indemnity basis.
